Delivery Information:

Prepaid freight (within GTA) is allowed on order $500.00 net. We don't provide any delivery outside GTA. Local pick up and delivery by courier can be arranged.  
Return Goods Authorization:

All requests for returns must be pre-authorized by Silverland. Please contact Customer Service and a Customer Service Representative will assist you. All returns must include the original sales receipt within one month. 15% re-stocking and handling fee will be apply. All return must in the original packing.

Can I return the product to your showroom?

You may bring the merchandise with pre-authorized return number and your original sales receipt to our showroom for refund or an exchange.
